Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return your products. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30  minutes of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
3. Unsatisfied with Product: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 1 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at [aljut.office@gmail.com] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the unwanted item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
