1. We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Return or exchange is accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
3. If you don’t like the product, you can return it — but must cover the delivery charge.( minimum 80 Tk)
4. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
5. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
6. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
7. There may be slight differences in color between the images displayed on the website and the product due to lighting and screen resolution.

1. আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা দিচ্ছি ।
2. ডেলিভারির 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
3. যদি পণ্যটি আপনার পছন্দ না হয়, তাহলে আপনি রিটার্ন করতে পারেন — তবে ডেলিভারি চার্জটি আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে।
4. পণ্যগুলি অব্যবহৃত রাখতে হবে এবং তাদের আসল অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।
5. অনুগ্রহ করে ইনভয়েসটি সংরক্ষণ করুন।
6. কাস্টম অর্ডার রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
7. ওয়েবসাইটে প্রর্দশিত ছবি ও পণ্যের মাঝে আলো ও স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশনের কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
